What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule — just message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated. We monitor the temperature carefully so it stays comfortable without getting too hot.

do we allow pets?

We love animals, but this is a no-pet property to keep the home comfortable for all guests and maintain the clean, allergen-friendly environment.

What is our cancellation policy?

Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Can we have a party or gathering?

The home is intended for quiet, residential use. Small dinners or family gatherings are fine, but parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

How far is the beach?

Siesta Key Beach is about a 5–7 minute walk (or a very short bike ride) from the house. You’re close enough to easily go back and forth during the day.

is parking available?

Yes. The property has off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is also available nearby if needed.

is the house suitable for children?

Yes. The home is family-friendly. Please note the pool is not fenced, so young children should always be supervised.

does our property have free wi-fi?

Yes — fast and reliable Wi-Fi is included. The network name and password will be in your check-in instructions as well as the renters book.

do you provide beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas?

Beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are available for guest use (please rinse them off when you return). We recommend bringing your own cooler if you plan full beach days.
